National General Secretary and Director of Administration

The National Office of the General Secretary and Administration is responsible for developing and maintaining data pertaining to the United Progressive Pentecostal Church Fellowship and overseeing the organizational structuring, programmatic coordination and credentialing of those engaged in the ministry of the UPPC. In addition, the office coordinated registration processes, publishes official documents and certificates, maintains the official records of Apostolic Council, Executive and General boards, distributes pertinent information to the constituents of the Church, plays a pivotal role in church: legal matters, collects and reports, maintains an accurate database of credential holders, officers, churches and regions, and keeps an archive of historical documents from across the church, including, books, national and jurisdictional records, and photographs and memorabilia of historical value.

The General Secretary serves as the Secretary of the Church. They are also play an integral part of all ceremonial activities, celebrations and ecumenical services.
