THE UNITED PROGRESSIVE PENTECOSTAL CHURCH FELLOWSHIP

The United Progressive Pentecostal Church is a network of leaders, Pastors, Churches and Para-Church ministries.
Membership in the UPPC reflects a diverse group of (the Spirit) churches and leaders engaging in a wide variety of
ministry forms and methods. What's common is their passion for God, passion for Pentecost, inclusive evangelism
and their pioneering spirit. This pioneering spirit is reflected in church leaders willing to take appropriate Kingdom
risks for Christ's sake.

The end results are prevailing churches where renewal and revitalization happen. We have begun to see evidence
that God is changing the tide of ministry and clearly affirming the pioneering efforts of leaders and Churches who
believe the full Gospel of Jesus Christ must be preached to ALL people in the world. We believe strongly that the

Church — because it stewards the life-changing message of Jesus Christ — is the hope of the world. Our prayer is

MINISTERIAL CREDENTIALS

Ministerial License- The license recognizes those who have a definite call to the five-fold ministry and are actively
serving in ministry, but may not currently be full-time.

Ordination- Ordination recognizes those who have a definite call to five-fold ministry, proven ministry experience,

and are generally serving in full-time ministry.

Individual/DUAL Affiliation Membership- Individual membership recognizes those currently credentialed with another

fellowship who also desire to affiliate with UPPC.

Church or Ministry Affiliation- Churches who affiliate for covering as an apostolic network for the purpose of the

New Testament ministry, including evangelism and missions outreach, church planting, ministry equipping, and

fellowship.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. A DEFINITE CALL TO MINISTRY

Certificate Of Ministry-Call to Serve in Local Church Ministry
License Or Ordination- Call to One or More of the Five-fold Ministries
Membership-Licensed or Ordained in Another Fellowship (References might be requested)

2. MINISTRY PREPARATION PROPORTIONAL TO THE CREDENTIAL

Preparation Options:

Training in a Bible College, School of Ministry, correspondence courses, etc., or equivalent personal study
and ministry experience. If formal training or equivalent personal study and ministry experience is not evident,
a general UPPC Bible and Ministry Exam is required.

3. ACTIVE SERVICE IN MINISTRY PROPORTIONAL TO CREDENTIAL

	Upon acceptance of ministerial credentials from the United Progressive pentecostal Church Fellowship (UPPC), I hereby agree to covenant based on the following: To uphold the biblical standards of holiness and Godly conduct that are set forth in the Word of God governing ministers, in my personal life, as well as, my personal life and professional life; To submit to the leadership and covering provided by UPPC, and to receive the wisdom, counsel, and restoration available through UPPC leadership; To commit to the UPPC Pillars of Faith and to faithfully minister sound doctrine; To support UPPC with my prayers, financial support with tithes and offerings and with my presence at all meetings and functions provided by the fellowship, whenever possible; To maintain a level of excellence and quality of ministry that will enhance and be an asset to the United Progressive Pentecostal Church Fellowship; and I prayerfully and willfully submit this application.
