The General Council shall serve as the ministry cabinet for UPPC. This board shall represent diverse components of within the national Church that require special attention, focus and planning. This board shall is responsible for strategic planning, specific communication and providing the Executive Board with resources regarding our outreach toward each defined area of ministry. The General Council Chair is also responsible for the facilitation, coordination and progress of programmatic ministry within the UPPC; additionally, responsible for communicating timely updates and reports regarding all programmatic events.
