The UPPC is commited to training it’s Pastors in the area of Pastoral Care. Our desire is that Pastors are equipped to provide maximum counseling services that not only help to build and restore the lives of thier congregants, but also follow proper counseling guidelines. Our C.A.R.E. Program (Compassion, Advocacy, Restoration and Empowerment) provides training and assistance for pastor’s counseling needs. Also, Pastor’s arePastoral Care and Counseling services are focused on healing, sustaining, reconciling and guiding our clients in their journey.  This office through the resources of religion, medicine and behavioral sciences seeks to enable our clients through counseling and education to find enrichment and/or resolution in all  life circumstances.
