“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
"Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know" (Jeremiah 33:3).
What a wonderful promise to individuals, families, congregations, and even to nations! God is moving throughout the world calling his church to prayer and the response is growing daily. The National Prayer Team exists to assist the UPPC to create meaningful prayer and evangelism strategies that bring revival in the church and spiritual awakening to the community.
The National Prayer teams helps to connect local prayer leaders in our churches with each other, with incredible teachers, to pray together regardless of location. Our co-operation with the UPPC National Prayer Committee, the National Day of Prayer, and the Global Day of Prayer and the Global Day of Prayer- USA forms bonds with Christians worldwide.
The National Prayer Ministry wants to serve the United Progressive Pentecostal Church Fellowship in responding to Gods call to prayer. Our purpose is to "pray, to call the church to pray, and to develop leaders and people who pray." Prayer opens the heart and mind to the new and powerful things that God wants to do. It is one of the most effective ways to bring about unity and reconciliation. It is the way God prescribes for a hurting land to be healed.
The UPPC National Prayer Ministry is committed to helping you, your congregation, and your region grow stronger in prayer. If you would like to host a local or regional prayer conference, please get in touch with us at the National Prayer Ministry at:
